In 2020, Leysin was awarded the title of ‘Alpine Village of Taste’ for its culinary delights, and is now taking part in the Swiss Week of Taste held every September.

Elliott, godfather of the 2025 edition
For the 2025 edition, the Leysin Alpine Village of Taste welcomes a new godfather: Elliott Hébert, co-founder of the Brewery of the Vagabonds in Leysin. He succeeds Elisa Giorgis, manager of the grocery shop La Guintsette and patron in 2024. This year's event will focus on a culinary staple: the tomato! See you at the end of September for a week full of flavours.
