Mountain biking course with the Villars Swiss Bike School

This mountain biking course is much more than a simple apprenticeship: it's a real immersion in the world of mountain biking, in the heart of nature.

Supervised by passionate instructors, your child will spend a week pushing himself or herself to the limit, discovering new things, playing games... and, above all, having lots of fun on two wheels!

Whether they're discovering mountain biking for the first time or looking to perfect their technique, they'll learn to control their bike in complete safety:

• Braking at the right moment
• Adopt the ideal posture
• Overcoming obstacles
• Maintain their bike
• Analyse your progress on video

Groups are formed according to the age and level of the children:

• Marmot (from age 3)
• Chamois (from age 5)
• Ibex (from age 8)
