This day will feature the Brasserie de la Mine in Bex and our high-altitude restaurateurs!

An accessible route between the Col de la Croix and Bretaye where five stations will be serving local dishes carefully matched with craft beers.

MENU with beer at each station:

• Station 1 - Col de la Croix car park: Viennese pastries from Suzanne & café in a rustic atmosphere with music from Les Boyards, a duo playing alphorns.
• Station 2 - Vy Boveyre. Foodtruck Hé Salut! A selection of seasonal starters
• Station 3 - Restaurant Bretaye 1808: Grilled meats
• Station 4 - Carrière d'Ensex: Cheese platter from Fromagerie Fleurette in Rougemont
• Station 5 - Buvette du Col de la Croix - Chez Francine: Double cream meringue and homemade coulis accompanied by a concert to round off the day in the best possible way!

Each station will offer a different Swiss mineral drink for the non-alcoholic option.
