Description
30th Choral singing and hiking course in Les Diablerets
The concept of this summer course is unique. Alternating vocal work, rehearsal of a concert programme and hiking, the Musique Montagne course attracts every year about a hundred amateur singers from all over Europe.
Initiated by Christophe Gesseney, a passionate choirmaster and mountain lover, the course takes place in Les Diablerets and ends with concerts in Les Diablerets, Lausanne and Bulle.
Two works are worked on during this course:
- W.A. Mozart's Requiem KV626 conducted by Christophe Gesseney
- Carl Maria von Weber - Jubelmesse Op.76 conducted by Benjamin Fau
